We provide services for dogs, cats, birds, and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
Does the customer need to provide food for transport for the animal. Yes their favorite food and/or treats are recommended. We provide water.
Does the customer need to provide a kennel for their pet? No, we provide individual kennels for each pet. It is recommend that you send a blanket and the pets favorite toys.
Do we administrator medication for special needs pets? Yes we will need instructions for medication dispensing along with any special dietary requirements.
What paperwork for the pet is required? It is recommended but not required to provide current vaccine paperwork along with any veterinary paperwork that you want shipped with the pet.
How do we pay for the transport service. Payment forms can be Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, credit card, debit card or cash. We require 50% upon pickup and 50% upon delivery.
